We ship domestically and worldwide using the United States Postal Service. All orders are carefully packed in our Shipping Department with the utmost care. We prefer to ship U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail (2 day service) unless specified otherwise; this includes Delivery Confirmation on all USA orders only. Insurance may be added to all USA orders at the customers' request and expense $1.30 insurance fee for orders up to $50. $2.20 insurance fee for orders up to $100. Please add $1.00 to the $2.20 insurance fee for each additional $100. Insurance is recommended for all breakable items.
Suburban Ore is not responsible for uninsured items once they leave our shipping department.
Books, records, tapes CD's etc. will shipped via USPS Media Mail.
Once every 24 hours our site is updated and you will be notified by Order Confirmation e-mail of item availability and your total price including shipping and insurance charges plus tax (if applicable-MA only). You will also be sent a secure encrypted PayPal link to complete your order. We use PayPal to collect payment for our goods. We find them to be fast, reliable and free.
PayPal accepts all major Credit Cards plus electronic checks. All payments are collected on secure encrypted lines. Please follow the PayPal link in your order confirmation e-mail to pay. Thank you.
